Public parking areas are located in and around Brackenridge Park and the new Zoo Parking Garage! The Zoo Parking Garage is located in between the zoo and Will Smith Zoo School. Parking at the garage is free during zoo business hours (see here)

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

You can make group bookings up to the amount of tickets our app/web allows you to purchase (based in availability). No special group bookings will be made for this event.

Trained Service Animals are welcome at San Antonio Zoo and required to check in upon entry. A member of the Guest Experience Team will assist all Guests and Service Animals at the entrance of the zoo with the check in process. Animals that do not meet the definition of a Service Animal per Title II and III of the ADA will not be permitted in the zoo. Service Animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the Service Animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. If a Service Animal becomes a disruption or is unable to remain under control, they could be excluded or removed from the zoo.

San Antonio Zoo is proud to offer Adventure Bags. This program is designed to provide educational materials for guests who are blind or have low vision in order to enhance their experience throughout the zoo.The Adventure Bag can be checked out with a held photo ID at the Education building (located inside the zoo by The Great Lawn) for no charge, and includes objects to touch correlating to habitats throughout the zoo. An educational guide explaining these items is available in written text. For more information, or to reserve the Adventure Bag in advance, please email the Education Department at education@sazoo.org.In addition to the Adventure. Bag, there are several tactile resources around the zoo to enhance your experience, including but not limited to animal statues, cutouts, paw prints and more!
